Each turn fills one empty square on the 3×3 board. A square cannot be used again once it is occupied.
Make three in a row
Three matching marks horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins the round immediately.
Block before you build
If your opponent has two in a row, stop the third square when you can. If all nine squares fill without a winning line, the round is a draw.
